Please let me know if I am missing something.
I am trying to run a print out for the Den Leaders, however the list is Alphabetical and the Den is above it. I would like it to be by Den so that I can just click once… am I missing something?

@AmyPosey - first thing I would ask is why are they all den 1… each den should have a unique number.
Because we don’t make multiple Dens… we have grown and that might be something we add in the future, but right now they are “The Lion Den”
Does that affect the list, all the scouts are listed alphabetically by last name, no matter the Den. Also, when there are last names that are the same starting letter, and same Den they lump together, as you see the three in the Lion Den, they are not related, just in alphabetically ordered.
Look at top of page - choose the Unit, Den, Last name
Donovan, that does not change the the selection list I sent an image of, that is only for the report if I select all Scouts.
yeah the selection list does not and will not change. In your image if you just want Lion Den 1 - Click the Box by Lion Den 1 - and all scouts will be selected. I am rather certain you have 3 different Lion Den 1’s - the Den’s in the list are all independent. Happy to set up a quick screenshare to take a look if needed @AmyPosey
I have all the Lions in 1 Den, but am sure I have done something wrong. I can definitely do a screen share!

The scouts in my pack are grouped properly by den.

Donovan, I have another screenshot For you, it comes from my WEBELOS den leader, SHE IS ONLY SEEING THE THREE SCOUTS THAT SHE HAD LAST YEAR AND NONE OF THE NEW SCOUTS IN HER DEN. IN SCOUT PLUS THEY ARE ALL LISTED. HOPE THAT HELPS IN TRACKING DOWN WHY IT’S HAPPENING.

Yeah kind of thinking many or all Packs are showing odd things in this
@AmyPosey several questions:
- Did they wait at least a day after the new scouts appeared in scoutbook?
- Does the den leader have a den admin role?
- Does the den leader have full connections to all of those scouts?
@AmyPosey this was an admin needing a reset is all - Go to unit Roster in Scoutbook > Click name > click Admin > click Update - that should solve it - I already did it
- The scouts not showing for the Den Leader were added weeks ago.
- Looking up how to check that now.
- I believe that is something in OSB, I will check.
Is this something I did wrong, should I update all Den Leaders?

No admins have always been problematic for some reason - the new platform should solve that
Donovan, let me know if I should leave this ticket for the Roster Report issue. However, the learning curve on this is pretty steep and I think I solved another problem where a Den Leader was not showing up. I however am wondering about the Den Admin being entered twice. First there was only Den Admin, then I added Den Leader and that caused there to be 2 Den Admins and a Den Leader. Thoughts?
