Youth Showing as Paid but Not Approved

I have a youth that’s showing as paid Sept 23rd, but as of today is still showing as “No” under approved. Their renewal status is ‘Submitted’.

Is there anything that I can check to help here?

Is this for a new Scout? Or a renewal?

It’s for a youth renewal.

What is the Scout’s BSA Member ID (no names)

The Youth’s member ID is: 140611939

I see the Scout’s status as Submitted. If it is showing not approved then a Key 3 member needs to log in to my.scouting.org, go to the Roster then select Membership Renewal Orders, find the Scout and click the Approve link.

I’m a key 3 and I do not see an approve link shown anywhere under the membership renewal orders. I’ve tried in Chrome and Edge browsers.
