Duplicate adult in Scoutbook that can't access parent records

User ID 1713925 used to work just fine and that’s the email that he wants to use for SB account. Somewhere along the way, user ID10384805 with BSA member ID 134366227 was created.

Can these accounts be merged with the email from User ID 1713925 and the address for user ID 10384805 and have the sign-in password reset and sent to the user?

I sent you a private message, but this should be fixed now.

One of the Scoutbook accounts was missing a date of birth, and so a duplicate account was created.
