Parent cannot reset password, process has her going in loops re-answering the same questions.
they can use the bot at my.scouting.org or council can do it
@MarieSchwartz This parent has Apple log in turned on, so the password reset won’t work.
She needs to click on the “Sign in with Apple” button, and use her Apple name and Apple password.
