Parent unable to login and does not receive the reset password email

I have a parent and den leader that has not been able to login to Scoutbook since updates. We have checked her email and it is correct but she does receive anything when she tries to “reset” her password.

Not sure how to advise her on how to correct the issue.

@GinaCurvin Is she using the chatbot (“Betty”) at my.Scouting to reset her password?

Any chance she previously used “Google Sign in” or “Sign in with Apple”? In that case, the my.scouting system can’t send a new password. It’s the Google or Apple password so BSA doesn’t know it.
