I have a parent that cannot log into scoutbook. They have tried resetting but no success.

The mother needs to use the Apple Login button to login. The father’s ID is his e-mail address. If he can’t remember his password and the Betty Bot does not work, your Council can reset his password for him.

@CraigStachewicz If this is for the dad, the password reset probably will not work, because the dad’s DOB is blank.

I think the dad has:

  • 2 member ID numbers
  • 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting
  • 2 e-mail addresses

The local council will need to fix these issues.
