Parent Access

I have a parent that is unable to get access to her son’s profile. She created a my.scouting account and her ID number is 13849738. Her son is BSA #137278312 and UserID is 11836263. Our council says that she needs to create a my.scouting account online for her son and that it will automatically link the two. I don’t think this is correct. Can anyone help?

The parent is connected to DA (her child) in Scoutbook - if there is another child to add an Admin for a unit can do it
