One of our parents cannot log into Scoutbook and the password reset is not working for her. I cannot see her BSA Member ID in Scoutbook, but her son’s member ID is: 140804478
Please let me know if you can help.
@JamieWaskey In this particular case, I would recommend asking the parent to create an account for herself at my.Scouting. After she does this, let us know, and we can merge her Scoutbook accounts.
