We have multiple parents in the pack who can’t login to their scouts accounts even Though we have sent the resend link multiple times. This used to work now does not. Please help
Please provide the BSA member number or the Scoutbook userID of the parents who are having difficulty logging in. (No names, please.)
Here is one of them they have 2 scouts they are trying to access 137316379
This parent had 2 BSA member numbers. One had her nickname and the other had her first name, so that is how a duplicate Scoutbook account got created. These have been fixed.
She has a my.scouting account, so she should log in to Scoutbook with her my.scouting username and password.
