Parent can't see second son

Mom (ID 140188665) had an existing account and has successfully renewed her older son (ID 140188664) through my.scouting. Now that it’s time for her younger son to renew for the first time, she cannot see his account and cannot renew him (ID 141196004).

I provided instructions on how to connect to her younger son in Scoutbook; she just responded that she created a Scoutbook account for herself this morning (ID 141862696) and that she can’t create an account for her younger son. I’m guessing she now has a duplicate account-can you help me connect her to both sons with just one member ID for herself?

@ErinBarrett first - there is no longers a way for parents to connect to scout on their own. That mother is already connected to 2 Scouts A & J to renew relationship. If that is the correct scout (MID does match) I suggest watching her sign into my.scouting.org to help her

@ErinBarrett The parent has 2 member ID numbers (MIDs) and 2 usernames at my.Scouting. She is probably logging in with the wrong MID set as primary.

Is this the correct ID number for mom?

@ErinBarrett Yes, that is the MID that should be set as primary.
