I am working on fixing all the broken parent connections from the move to advancement. I had a dad who I linked to the scout as “dad” and this is the error message he is seeing when he clicks on the link to approve the connection. What are we doing wrong?
What steps did you take to link the parent to the scout?
In addition, my recollection is that the other parent has to approve the connection after it’s originally created, and that individuals can’t approve it for themselves.
Please provide his and his scout’s member number (no names).
