I have a Scout new to our Pack who was previously registered. One parent submitted a new application, which appears to have merged with his existing information (great!), but that parent cannot make the connection in Scoutbook. And I (CC) can’t either – attempting a new account tells me that she exists, but the search will not find her. Scout is 137070077, parent is 13575927.

However, you will need to go to the Scout’s Connections page, click on the parent’s name, check the “Parent / Guardian” relationship box, and click Update to save.
