Hello, I have a parent that I can not seem to connect to one of her scouts. She has three kids in the pack and is also the listed Bear Den Leader. Her son is in her den and she can see him as a member of the den but she does not have him in her family. When I try to add her to his connections as a parent/guardian I get an error message that says she is already connected to him. Can you offer any help? Parent/leader is A H and bear scout is C L. Thank you.
