Parent gets error message their account does not exist but we see it in scout book

We have a parent who is trying to login to his scout book account and it tells his account does not exist. He does show he has a member id when I look into his profile. His member id shows as: 13794081

We did just have to have his sons profile fixed. I am not sure if this is related to that but he does show the linked connections next to his name in scoutbook as well. Any assistance you can provide would be extremely helpful.

@MarySontag-Earnshaw the user should be using their gmail email as a user name - not click on sign in with Google - has been over 2 years since they logged in - if they do not know email they can try resetting email or contact council to reset password
