Parent Connection in Scoutbook Plus is broken (But correct in Legacy Scoutbook)

Hello,
I have a parent who is reporting they see incorrect information (advancement, etc.) for their Cub Scouts. I can see the scouts’ information, and it is correct - in both Legacy Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus.

In Legacy Scoutbook, the 2 scouts are both connected to their father. However, when I view their father’s profile in Scoutbook Plus I don’t see anything. The name is “Undefined Undefined,” everything else is blank including member ID, and date of birth is today’s date.

Their father’s member ID is:140358488
He should be connected to his two sons, member id: 141195730 and 141203122

Their father reports he usually logs in with his @icloud.com email address. However, in Legacy Scoutbook, I see he has a @gmail.com account listed. Is this possibly because their father has multiple accounts?

I found multiple BSA Member IDs (MIDs) for the son with the same first name as the father. I have corrected this son’s my.scouting.org ID (NicknameLastname) to include all 3 MIDs with the one in your Council as primary.

Please contact your Council and ask them to use the Relationships tab of Registrar Tools to connect the father to the two sons with their MIDs in your Council. They may need to create a new MID for the father as his is in a different council.

The father’s my.scouting.org ID and what he should use to login to scoutbook is firstname.lastname There is no my.scouting.org ID for him with an @icloud username.
