Parent Has Wrong Email Address in Scoutbook, Right in Internet Advancement

I have a parent who somehow had the wrong email address tied to their cub scout in Scoutbook, so they haven’t been getting our pack emails.

They went through scoutbook, which guided them to Internet Advancement, to fix it, and I see it corrected there, but the wrong email address still shows in Scoutbook.

Is there some other step they or I can take to get this resolved?

When I look at that same Cub in IA, I see the same parent name listed, but with 3 different email addresses. (The one in Scoutbook is an apparent typo of one of these, missing a middle initial in the gmail address)

In the future, they can edit and save (without changing anything) in the profile to push it to all systems.
