Parent not connected with Scout

I have a parent who is not connected the her scout and I can’t seem to reconnect them.

Yes I tried in Scout book plus

@ConstanceGonsalves The parent has a missing/blank DOB.

You could ask her to create a new account at my.Scouting. Or you could ask the local council to add her DOB.
