Parent not listed for Calendar invite

We have a parent whodoes not show up in the calender invite list when I try to invite individuals. If I look at her scouts profile she does show up as their parent ID #13866185 She is also a registered merit badge counselor. Can someone see why I can’t invite her to an event?

We have a parent account that we can send emails to using messenging, but we can’t send any calendar invitations to because she doesn’t show up on the list of adults to send calendar invites to. She has been missing alot of information because they are not getting calendar notification.

Her BSA ID is 141653946.

Her Scouts BSA ID is 141653947

Yes. I can see her in messaging but she does not show up in the possible invite list in calendar.

I have the same situation with another parent. She is on the message list, but not on the calendar invite list.
