Parents with Scouts in mutiple dens not being added to meeting invites

We are noticing within the Scoutbook Plus calendar that parents with multiple Scouts in different dens are not being added to the invitee lists at all.

We will need the Scouting America Member ID (no names) for one or more parents you are seeing this issue with along with the den ranks for thier Scouts.

Is this happening when you are creating a new event? Have you seen it at other times?

This is the first time we are noticing it, after parents didn’t receive a meeting email. This is for new events as they are created. Here are the ID numbers for testing:

Scouts:
141597150 (Lion)
13877330 (Webelos)

Parents:
13985259
14023862

And I assume these are pack events, not den events.

I need more information as I was not able to replicate this.

When you created the event, did you click on Current next to All Youth, All Leaders and All Parents/Guardians?

These are for den meetings, not pack events.

This is a known issue - where Parents that are Parent/Leaders are not always included in Parent list - I reminded the Devs about it
