I have been looking for a while. I can’t add anything to my son’s personal activity log. When I click on it, it just shows the total activity miles for hiking / service / camping, but no ability to log a new activity or view previous activities. I can do this as a den leader, and my wife was able to add it for our sons for a previous hike, but I have no idea how to add anything for my kids.
@TimothyJarvela in the top right Dropdown is your Parent position selected?
Yes. When I enter as a parent, i see a page that looks like this.
It is red shows:
ENTRIES
21
Miles
44.85
But nothing else, and no plus button to add new activities. I have cleared cookies and tried three different browsers, so I am at a loss.
It seems like something is trying to load. I have a circle of 4 dots that quickly spin, and then disappear.
Hmm ok - let me check on that
@TimothyJarvela - what happens when you click on youth profile on the left side ?
I am back to the main parent page. I feel like this hasn’t worked properly for years for me. Half the time I end up creating a pack event to add as a hiking record.
My wife was able to update things just the other day on Sunday, but she can’t add anything now either.
This is being looked at
Thank you for checking on this.
@TimothyJarvela I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green envelope > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
I’ve had the same issue. Additionally, when I go in as ASM to update a previous entry (correct dates of event - the system is forcing me to enter a different “start date” and “end date” for a one day service project. see screen shot below:
