Parent unable to connect using login and password given by 'invite' sent via scoutbook

I have a parent who is using the invite login and password sent via my SB invite. This is not working. Her info: BSA# 137146931 User # 11677448
Council fixed her email address that was entered incorrectly. Now, I cannot see her BSA or User ID when I open her page. I found it there previously.

How do I get her to be able to login and connect to her Scout? She is not getting our emails and cannot access the calendar or her Scout.

She needs to log in with the Apple Login button and her Apple ID.
