Parent unable to reset password

My Pack has a new parent that is struggling to log into Scoutbook. He has attempted to reset his password and does not receive a reset password in his email attached to the account. Scoutbook reports that the connection is still pending.

That parent has Sign in with Google turned on - they have to use that @AndrewSnyder2
