Scouting Parent locked out

I have a parent locked out of her account. We have tried to reset her password and it takes her to her security questions and wont go any further. Just a loading symbol in the middle with no actual questions. BSA member number 13309082

@BerthaWest Council can reset the password - or try using the BOT at bottom right of my.scouting.org to get past security questions
