I am the advancement chair for my pack. One of our scouts left our pack to move to another state, so I ended their connection with my pack by inputting an end date and left it at that. I don’t see the former scout’s profile anywhere. But now this same scout is active in their new pack, but the parents say that they can’t see any of the past achievements and awards from the old pack.
I was not aware of the new pack’s information, so I ended the connection. What can I do to help this former scout and their parents find the profile w/ all the past achievements/awards?
