Parent with 2 MIDs

Hi SUAC,

I have a scout, MID 136908553, who’s parent has two profiles. The parent can start membership renewal for the scout, but it errors out with “You are not allowed to proceed.” Please manage the parent’s MIDs. Then I will ask the registrar to remove the two extra relationships (there are three). Any other suggestions on how to proceed are welcome.

I have managed the parent’s MIDs on his my.scouting.org ID.

Ask your Council to remove the Scout from 136908554. They also should correct the year of birth since it is different than that on MID 13763753
