Parent with previous SB issues cannot RSVP

I have a parent who recently had several BSA and SB accounts merged. However, she still cannot RSVP for herself on events. If she tries to click her image, nothing happens. Here is her info:

User ID# 9745656

Are these events that were created before the merge? If so, I’m wondering if it was the deleted account that’s invited to the event.

If you edit the event and she disappears from the invitee list, you know that’s the case.
