Parent Yahoo Email not getting Scoutbook Messages

I’ve sent 130321578 a message via scoutbook as BCC and as not BCC. The email’s do not get through via yahoo email. In non-BCC the email address is clearly listed in the “To” line.

Messages are not in spam either. When I forward the original message the parent gets it.

Help us please.

Thank you. It is a scoutbook plus parent “ID” is all the profile says. They are not registered…if that helps.
