Parent YPT Not showing complete

I have a parent that took YPT but it’s not showing as complete. The BSA ID number is 14078424
Can you advise on the issue. Are some of the modules older than 60 days? If so can you advise which ones so I can let the parent know.

@DarrenFerlazzo This user took the first 2 modules in March 2022, and then took the last 2 modules in October 2024.
