If Parents are getting this popup and asking what to do - it means that the User they are signing in as is not the Parent of the Scout they Were Connected to in Scoutbook Legacy.
The first thing Unit Key3 can do is go to SB+ > Unit > Reports (in left grey bar) > then click New Reports at top right > then New Roster Report
Then on Left Side select the Scouts you need info on > on right side click the PG Relationship box > then RUN report
This will give you the Names of the Parents in Relationship with Scout. But more importantly, it gives the Member ID # that parent is connected with. It might be different than the one users are logging in with. If it is different unit needs to add a relationship for the Member # the parent is signing in with.
