Parents cannot connect via email to child's Scoutbook

Parents have not received the email invites I sent through Scoutbook to connect to their child. Not sure if either of them has a duplicate account possibly.

Scout’s member ID: 141787940

Dad’s member ID: 141787934

Mom’s member ID: 142010211

@AliciaMichaels I assume you mean Scoutbook+ - The Father is already in relationship to that scout under that Member ID - last time logged in was 9/7/25

@AliciaMichaels It looks like the Mom has logged in. But she does not appear to have the parent “Relationship” to the Scout.

When I send her an invite to connect she said it doesn’t go to her email

The member ID she gave me is 14576921 but the member ID I see when I click on her profile from SB to SB+ is 142010211, and the link is not connected to either parents

Parent/guardian are now handled entirely through SB+, since that tracks against the Akela membership database (vs classic SB which relied on unit scouters to verify these relationship, and didn’t explicitly validate parent/guardian relationships against the official database). With member renewals having moved to an individual basis, only parent/guardian connections in the Akela database will get the renewal notices (for example).
