Tutorial for Parents?

We have multiple new Cub Scouts with 2 parents that want email reminders, rsvp capability and the ability to enter work done at home. I went into each child and initiated the invitation from Scoutbook legacy since it wasnt an option in Scoutbook Plus.

One Mom got back to me wanting to know what the user name was for the password she was sent.

Is there an easy way to sort this out for these new parents? A Tutorial or way to find out what the usernames are?

Do they need to start a my.scouting.org account - can they link to their child from there and if so how?

any and all help would be good since this is a critical thing to finish this weekend

Legacy Parents now mean Nothing @LianneRutty - you need to go to Scout in SB_ - on left side under Scout Name > Relationship > click the + to add a parent

@LianneRutty- yes advancements.scouting.org is where you would add the additional parents

And the parents need my.scouting.org IDs in order to be added as a relationship and log in to Scoutbook Plus.
