Parents login is tied to mispelled SB login

Hi,

I have a parent who when their application went through it had a mispelled letter in their email address and now is causing login issues for them. I do have an email I can forward to you which has screenshots, where can I send it?

when I clicked edit profile under the parent, this is the Member ID14602478 that shows up if that helps you.

Yes but the login is the problem. the screenshot includes their email so I dont want to paste in here.
is there an email address you can send me or can i dm it on this forum somehow?

Just post everything before the @ of the email here - cause the emails on all the accounts match now
