One of our patrols in our troop would like to start a patrol treasury. In looking at official bsa guidance … the treasurer is not an official youth leadership position … however it is document for a patrol leader that they may assign specific duties to patrol members.
Looking for any specific official bsa guidance that would allow or reject the notion of a patrol treasurer. I believe this could be defined locally at our discretion in our troop bylaws but want to get other thoughts before we go this way.
