Our treasurer has lost ability this month to add or edit payment logs for our scouts.
As an an admin, is there something I can do to fix that?
I’d start with connection manager. Click their name, and select the full control checkbox. This will apply the setting to all scouts in the unit. If that doesn’t work, you could make them a pack admin, but you shouldn’t have to. Let us know if either of those works.

Jacob, Thanks for the quick response. Tried it all. Reset his connections, checked his permissions and role. This is a new development. He has been our Treasurer for years, just recently unable to access.
