I am Treasurer for two units. I am no longer able to enter any new Payment Log entries, either via phone or on my laptop. I was able to after the update then this past week the Add button is disabled. I have full admin access. How do ai get this access back?
There is a known issue that is preventing Treasurers from accessing the Payment Log for Scouts. The workaround is to be made a Unit Admin until the problem is fixed. You will need one of the current Unit Admins (2 keys by their name in the roster) to make you a unit admin. You will need to do this for both units.
