Payment Log Report Not showing Payments when Filtered by Event

I have added a Payment Amount Due tied to an event. The family paid the dues, so I recorded a payment linking it to the Payment amount due earlier by selecting the appropriate “Apply payment to” option. The amount shown due for the scout is 0.00.

When I run the Payment Log Report filtered to the event, I only see the charge amount, not the dues the family paid.
