I’m an admin and have enabled Paypal in the Edit Troop function. We have a Paypal business account and I have entered the API credentials. However, I nor any other leaders don’t see the Paypal button on any scout or leader Payments Log pages after making “Record a Charge from the Unit” entries in the Payments Log. I saw a forum reference to the council controlling the ability to use Paypal, however those on our council staff who we have talked to know nothing about this saying that all Scoutbook issues are controlled on the national level. I have tried this on three different browsers with the same result. What things could I not be doing right?
I’ve pursued several avenues to resolve this issue but have come up empty handed. If anyone has overcome this issue, please let me know how you did it.
