PayPal Integration Issues

We tried setting up PayPal integration this year in October. I tested the feature with my scout’s account. The transaction never went through (money never transferred). However, the transaction posted in Scoutbook and now I cannot remove it. Since then, I have tried to set up PayPal integration again, but don’t want to test on another scout. Can anyone help me to remove the transaction so I can test again on my scout? I am Committee Chair and Assisstant Den Leader, so I think I have full access to everything. Thanks for any help.
