Is den admin correct? This is what my cubmaster sent to me.
@AmyTerriquez Den Admin is non-functional now - it just defines what den you are in. All of Legacy Scoutbook is now basically retired. The Key 3 need to take actions defined in the links I provided above.
@AmyTerriquez you are registered as a ADL already - an ADL gets only default permissions for creating messages. If they want you to take other actions they will need to customize that for you
@AmyTerriquez- the cubmaster should not be working in classic scoutbook.
@AmyTerriquez The Cubmaster put an end date on all of your positions / roles in Scoutbook, and that is what removed you from the roster.
I have requested a position sync. You should be back on the roster within 24 hours.
ok…permission error has been corrected, however, now when I go to quick entry, all of the scouts are greyed out and I cannot do bulk entry for the den. I had to go individually to each scout and update. Why is that happening??
Can you try a hard reload?

That did not change anything. Still greyed out.
If you were just given the permissions today, you might need to wait for the overnight sync to run.
