I have 2 adult leaders for whom we renewed their registration mid-December, and they are showing on our roster in my.scouting.org, but in Scoutbook/Scoutbook Plus it says they are not on our official roster and that their position/roles have expired. So it won’t allow me to assign any Permissions to them in the Permission Manager. One of them is our Cubmaster, so it would be great if we could get it fixed! Below are their BSA IDs.

And now I’m confused, because it looks like they have different Scouting America ID numbers in another location.

@AngelaSchmillen These adult leaders are dual registered in another council. I have switched their member ID numbers back to your council. You might need to wait overnight for everything to settle out. They will need another Scoutbook account for the other council.
