I have a mess with a family of Scouts. Scout A BSA ID is 140457919. His full sibling, Scout B is 140457838
Dad is linked and everything is correct with both kids, mom has problems.
In SB Legacy she was listed twice under Scout A and one in Scout B with different BSA IDs (140624610 - had the wrong email domain and was listed under both, 140620225 had the correct email domain and was only listed under scout A). I updated the email listed in the account ending with 0 to the correct address, but she is not receiving any emails when I push the connection email through on SB Legacy and not receiving any unit emails.
Both of the kids accounts in SB Plus and it shows dad as a guardian and no other parents listed, but she is able to log into the App using a user name, but and information displays in the Scouting App for both kids.
The email that was incorrect is FirstLast##@yahoo.con and was changed to First.Last##@gmail.com and her App user name is First.Last##
I’m not sure what all needs to be done to fix the situation, but mom is likely going to be a registered Scouter soon and registering a 3rd Scout, so we’d like to get these communication hiccups sorted out for them!
