Hello, we have a youth in our Troop who no longer has access to the email used to create his account due to a divorce. Can you please delete the youth account linked to BSA ID: 132401868, please keep the account linked to BSA ID: 132401305. Thank you.
@MeghanRipple Not sure what you’re asking us to do, but the e-mail address can be changed by the local council. They can also update the parent / child relationships, if needed.

Thanks so much. I think what I was trying to do was figure out if the user name this scout wanted to use was taken by another person somewhere in the Scouting America world OR if his non-custodial parent had set up an account in his name. We talked to local council and they confirmed there is no existing my.scouting.org account for this scout. My guess is the user name is taken by someone else NOT in our council. Is there a way to check that with someone on the forum team without divulging the scout’s name on the public forum? Thanks, Meghan
