Can Creat youth account

I have a father that has several time time to create a youth account for Daughter. it current tell his to try again later… and get same message days later. Youth never got email to set up password. Is not showing up under sending message.

When we try looking at Edit profile personal info it has her email address. under father account we can’t delete.

PLEASE give suggestion.

The father should create a ID for his daughter. She will then use that to log in to Scoutbook.

The father see the daughter… but when he tries to connect he get the “oh no” screen.

It looks like they are using the App - have them try > Dashboard > My Connections > the RED link at top of page

That still didn’t work. Is is possible for someone to clear the youth email and let us try again from the beginning again.

that you for all your understanding. the parent is not very good with technologies… and we need to get the daughters access as SPL.

@lisaLudwig - perhaps it would be better to deal directly with the parent/guardian rather than a 3rd party effort
