Scoutbook Using Scoutbook

Hello,

Some scouts were not created in Scoutbook by council in weeks after turning in the application.
They wanted to get involved to Pack so I created them in Scoutbook as an advancement chair. Two of them have BSA# now but one scout still doesn’t have BSA# and den leader can’t update advancements.
The user # is 12318360

Please help this.

@HyeyoungSeo that # is not valid - have a Key 3 look at rooster in my.scouting.org to get the scouts BSA #

Advancement chair can’t see the roster in my.scouting.org ?
I can’t see the menu in my dropdown.
and the problem is we couldn’t find her BSA#, there’s only userID in scoutbook and no other scout was shown in our roster in Scoutbook.

The user# you provided is assigned to a Scout with initials JL. She is listed on your Scoutbook roster twice, also with User ID 12319530 and BSA Member ID (MID) 14113999. This MID is not registered. You will need to contact your Council.
