BSA Member #(removed by Moderator). I am able to log in to Legacy, but not Plus. When I try Plus, the loading wheel just spins, and then the Captcha times out. I have tried clearing my history and my cache. I have tried multiple browsers, desk top and mobile. And I have changed my password. Nothing has worked. I have previously been able to use Scoutbook Plus, but not for about 2 months. Please help!

I’m not seeing any issues. It says you logged in today. Have you tried an incognito window?
Yes, I’ve tried Incognito too. I just can’t get in. I tried several times today, but I haven’t been able to log in for a couple of months. It just loads and loads and then the Captcha expires.
The developers have been asked to look at it.
They fixed it! I’m able to get in now. Thank you so much for your help!
