I have tried a number of times to log in. But since Feb 2026, after the credentials are provided, the window just hangs (both desktop and mobile). My son’s membership did lapse, but was reinstated.
I did call the local chapter, and at that time, there was an issue and was to be resolved in a few days, but I see the issue even today.
Any help please?

When I log into https://scoutbook.scouting.org, it works fine. I can see my son’s detials/MB’s etc. But when I try to log into Scoutbook Plus (https://advancements.scouting.org/), it takes in the credentials, and then puts a message to add a second parent to the profile (which I accept), then all I see is the spinning as below (either on the full screen, or sometimes inside the login button). I cleared all my cache and tried different browsers.
Yeah that looks like a cache issue - have you tried an incognito / private window?
