Initially I was having trouble printing pocket certificates with new purchase orders on scoutbook plus. I bypassed this by pulling up previous purchase orders and just pasting the new purchase order in the URL enabling me to print the updated pocket certificates. Now when I go and use that method, any order I click on asks me to clear my cache or contact my council which is new as of today. Any update on how to print pocket certificates and access purchase orders? I am the advancement chair and I am using the correct pack account on scoutbook.
