Position Manager Error / Cannot Remove COR Delegate

We are trying to remove a COR delegate via the position manager, then add a new person to that position. When the COR with the Member ID below attempts the removal, he’s asked for an expiry date for the outgoing position. When the current date or any past date is entered, he gets an error message: “Invalid Request”. Thanks for any assistance!

I have a Unit reporting the exact same issue. Is this a known bug?
