Position Manager won't let me as Cubmaster change Registered Positions

I’m Cubmaster for our pack and we recently had a change up in Leaderhship within our Pack, specifically our CC and Treasurer. I went to the Position Manager to make the changes and it will not let me change anything. Everything is greyed out. Is this to be expected?

I believe only COR can change true positions @ScottSunday

@ScottSunday. It would be the COR or COR delegate just as it is for adult application approval

Functional Roles you can change not registered roles - is a pain sometimes depending on COR - but now there is the COR Delegate that can do that stuff BUT has to be assigned by the COR
