Is there any way that we can ad reports that that can show who is in OA not just who is Eligible. Also, a report that can show all positions of responsibilities and who holds them troop wide?
The OA Eligibility report already shows (at the very bottom) who is in the OA, assuming that information is in their profile. If it’s not added under the Scoutbook profile, then the report obviously won’t provide it.

The Feature Assistant Extension for Scoutbook also has a “Show OA Membership Date” report.
In Scoutbook, you can use Report Builder to show youth leadership positions.
Roster builder also has a show OA info option. There’s currently a bug, but it’s expected to be fixed soon.
